Information you may share
You may choose to share your name, email address, phone or contact number, billing details, payment reference, destination interests, travel dates, comfort level, health or access considerations, and planning preferences when contacting Priyasanchari, submitting an enquiry, making a payment, requesting a refund, or starting chat. Please avoid sending sensitive medical, financial, passport, visa, or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and prepare relevant travel-planning conversations.
- To understand destination, route, safety, wellness, and accompaniment needs.
- To maintain service records, invoices, correspondence, and client context.
- To process quotes, invoices, online payments, payment confirmations, refunds, chargeback/dispute records, and accounting/GST compliance.
- To prevent duplicate or spam enquiries by allowing one saved enquiry per email address.
AI chat and third-party processing
The website chat asks for contact details before the conversation starts. Chat messages may be sent to an AI service provider such as OpenRouter to generate a response, and chat records may be saved for continuity, safety context, and follow-up. Do not use chat for emergencies, confidential documents, medical diagnosis, legal advice, visa decisions, or urgent safety instructions.
What is not sold
Priyasanchari does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only when needed to deliver a requested service, comply with law, protect safety, or use ordinary business tools such as hosting, email, AI chat, analytics, payment, or document services.
Payments
If online checkout is enabled, Priyasanchari may receive limited payment metadata such as payment status, reference number, amount, refund status, payer contact details, method type, and failure reason. Priyasanchari does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking passwords, or OTPs. Bank, UPI, or payment service providers process payment data under their own security, compliance, and privacy terms.
Sharing with service providers
Information may be shared only where needed with ordinary business and service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, AI response tools, bank or payment-service providers, accounting/GST support, document tools, legal/compliance advisers, or travel suppliers explicitly involved in an agreed service. Priyasanchari does not authorise such providers to use client data for unrelated marketing by Priyasanchari.
Cookies and sessions
The site may use essential cookies or session storage for security, forms, chat continuity, and basic site operation. These are not intended to track you across unrelated websites.
Travel-sensitive information
Travel plans can reveal location, timing, identity, safety concerns, or health context. Priyasanchari treats such information with care, but ordinary email and web communication are not perfect security systems. You remain responsible for deciding what to send electronically.
Retention
Information may be retained for service continuity, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and safety context. You may request deletion of non-essential information, subject to legal, accounting, and legitimate business retention needs.
India DPDP Act readiness
Priyasanchari handles digital personal data with readiness for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules, including clear purpose, minimisation, consent or lawful use, access and correction requests, grievance handling, deletion where appropriate, processor care, and breach response. See the DPDP Data Handling Readiness notice for the operational checklist.
Your choices and grievance contact
You may request access, correction, completion, update, consent withdrawal, or deletion of personal information by contacting Priyasanchari at info@priyasanchari.in. You may also choose not to provide certain details, but that may limit the usefulness or availability of planning services. For payment or privacy grievances, include your name, contact details, payment reference if any, and a clear description of the request.
