Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Business identity and contact
Priyasanchari operates as PRIYASANCHARI, a Proprietorship registered under GSTIN 32IWUPS9320F1ZY as a supplier of services. Registered/business address: 725, Kottarakkara Sastheamkotta Road, Shalimar Fashions Ladies & Kids, Poruvazhy, Kollam, Kerala, 690520. Service region: Kerala, India. Support email: info@priyasanchari.in. Support phone: 9971819779.
2. Services covered
Priyasanchari may provide itinerary design, solo travel counsel, consultations, soft-landing support, destination research, neighborhood orientation, safety-minded planning notes, travel companionship, wellness reset guidance, and editorial field notes. Exact deliverables depend on the product, package, written proposal, invoice, or message thread agreed with you.
3. Pricing, taxes, and payment
All payable service fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a written quote says otherwise. Priyasanchari accepts online payments for consultations, soft landings, digital service deliverables, physical preparation kits where offered, trip reviews, maps, planning products, custom circuit blueprints, pre-departure support, and agreed add-ons. Pricing depends on destination, route complexity, travel dates, number of travellers, planning depth, kit availability, urgency, and agreed deliverables. Any applicable GST, platform charges, bank charges, payment-service charges, shipping charges, or third-party costs will be shown in the quote, invoice, or checkout before payment.
Online checkout, where enabled, may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. Priyasanchari does not ask customers to share full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking passwords, or OTPs with Priyasanchari staff. Payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee visa approval, supplier availability, travel safety, or third-party performance.
4. Website enquiries and chat
Website enquiries and AI chat are preliminary communication tools. A submitted enquiry does not create a confirmed booking, availability hold, emergency support obligation, or professional-client relationship unless Priyasanchari separately confirms a written scope, fee, and deliverables. The chat may answer basic Priyasanchari and travel-planning questions, but it should not be used for urgent, medical, legal, visa, security, or official-advisory decisions.
5. Delivery and fulfilment
Service outputs may be delivered by email, phone/video call, shared document, message thread, itinerary note, invoice attachment, or other agreed digital channel. Physical preparation kits, where offered, are subject to stock, destination serviceability, confirmed shipping charges, and dispatch timelines stated in the quote, invoice, checkout, or written service confirmation.
6. What is included
- Route logic, suggested timing, transit windows, stay-area context, cultural etiquette, local-first recommendations, and personal comfort planning.
- Practical solo-travel preparation such as arrival plans, first-night checks, emergency contacts, packing prompts, and street-smart routines.
- Optional accompanying services when separately agreed, subject to availability, destination suitability, and safety review.
7. What is not included
- Visa approval, immigration advice, passport services, legal representation, medical diagnosis, security guarantees, or insurance underwriting.
- Airline, hotel, transport, embassy, border, weather, political, natural-disaster, strike, or third-party supplier performance.
- Costs for flights, visas, permits, vaccinations, medical care, insurance, cancellations, emergency transport, evacuation, guides, accommodation, meals, tips, or personal expenses unless a written package says otherwise.
8. Traveller responsibility
You are responsible for checking passport validity, visa and entry rules, health requirements, medication legality, destination advisories, local laws, insurance coverage, and personal fitness to travel. Conditions can change quickly, including border rules, weather, war, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, strikes, transport disruption, and natural calamities.
9. Insurance requirement
International travelers using Priyasanchari planning or accompanying services must carry suitable travel insurance, including medical coverage and emergency evacuation/repatriation coverage appropriate for the destination and activities. You are responsible for reading exclusions, pre-existing-condition rules, activity limits, claim procedures, and emergency contact requirements before departure.
10. Safety and uncertainty
Travel involves inherent uncertainty. Priyasanchari can help you prepare, compare routes, and think through risk, but cannot remove risk or guarantee safety, comfort, health, access, weather, political stability, entry, or outcomes.
11. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Planning advice may need revision when destination conditions, supplier schedules, advisories, or personal constraints change. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are governed by the written service agreement, invoice, and Refund and Cancellation Policy for the specific engagement.
12. Service agreement, invoice, and intake readiness
Before future commercial delivery, Priyasanchari may use a written Service Agreement Template, GST Invoice Format, and Client Intake and Risk Disclosure Form. The client must provide accurate information and complete official checks before relying on a route, accompaniment plan, or travel-preparation note.
13. Emergency limitation
Priyasanchari is not an emergency response, rescue, law-enforcement, embassy, medical, security, insurance, immigration, or crisis-management service. In urgent danger, illness, injury, assault, detention, missing-person, evacuation, or similar emergency situations, contact local emergency services, police, medical providers, accommodation staff, insurer, embassy or consulate, airline, or trusted local contacts first.
14. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priyasanchari is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or third-party losses arising from travel decisions, supplier acts, border decisions, illness, injury, theft, delay, force majeure, civil unrest, war, terrorism, natural disaster, or failure to carry proper documents or insurance. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priyasanchari and Priya Sankar from claims, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your travel choices, breach of these terms, inaccurate information you provide, or failure to follow applicable laws and requirements.
15. Grievance and dispute contact
For service, billing, payment, cancellation, refund, or policy concerns, contact info@priyasanchari.in with your name, payment reference, invoice number if available, and a short description of the issue. Priyasanchari will review the record and respond in writing within a reasonable time.
16. Data handling
Personal data and travel-sensitive information are handled under the Privacy Policy and DPDP Data Handling Readiness notice. Please avoid sending passport scans, medical records, payment card data, or unrelated identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
17. Updates
These terms may be updated as services evolve. Continued use of this site or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
