Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation policy.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to Priyasanchari paid consultations, soft-landing support, digital kits, physical preparation kits where offered, travel planning, route design, trip reviews, maps, accompaniment, wellness reset, destination research, pre-departure support, and editorial consulting services when a written quote, invoice, product page, payment request, or service agreement refers to it.
2. Business contact for cancellations and refunds
Business name: PRIYASANCHARI. GSTIN: 32IWUPS9320F1ZY. Registered/business address: 725, Kottarakkara Sastheamkotta Road, Shalimar Fashions Ladies & Kids, Poruvazhy, Kollam, Kerala, 690520. Support email: info@priyasanchari.in. Support phone: 9971819779.
3. Digital delivery and kit dispatch
Service deliverables such as digital kits, maps, reviews, consultation notes, soft-landing guidance, or route blueprints are shared through email, phone/video call, documents, messages, invoice attachments, or other agreed digital channels. Physical preparation kits, where offered, are subject to availability, shipping serviceability, payment confirmation, and the dispatch or return terms shared in writing before purchase.
4. Before payment
No confirmed service slot, travel companionship duty, emergency support, booking obligation, or deliverable exists until Priyasanchari confirms the scope in writing and the agreed payment or deposit is received.
5. Client cancellation
- Cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before work starts: eligible for refund of the unused amount, after deducting bank, UPI, payment-service, or non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
- Cancellation after work starts or after a physical kit has been packed or dispatched: fees may be retained in proportion to research, planning, calls, documents, field work, accompaniment, reserved time, packing, dispatch, and committed costs.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before an agreed call, document delivery deadline, accompaniment slot, or field-work window may be treated as started work if time has already been reserved or preparation has begun.
- No-show, non-response, or failure to provide required information may be treated as client cancellation after reasonable follow-up.
- Any stricter or more generous cancellation window in the signed service agreement or invoice will prevail for that engagement.
6. Priyasanchari cancellation
If Priyasanchari cancels a paid service before delivery for availability, health, safety, legal, operational, or suitability reasons, the client will receive either a reschedule option or refund of the undelivered portion, subject to already-incurred third-party and government charges that cannot be recovered.
7. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be offered where practical and subject to availability. If the client requests rescheduling after work has started, additional charges may apply for revised research, changed route conditions, supplier rechecks, or urgent turnaround. Unused service value may be adjusted against a revised scope where agreed in writing.
8. Safety-led changes
Travel conditions can change quickly. Priyasanchari may recommend postponement, route change, remote-only support, or cancellation if safety, legality, visa status, transport, weather, health, local restrictions, harassment risk, civil unrest, or traveller readiness makes the original plan unsuitable. A safety-led change is not a guarantee that all supplier or government costs are refundable.
9. Third-party bookings
Flights, hotels, retreats, transport providers, guides, visa processors, insurers, medical providers, event operators, and other suppliers are independent. Their refund rules, penalties, taxes, exchange rates, and timelines apply separately. Priyasanchari does not guarantee third-party refunds unless this is expressly written into a specific agreement.
10. GST documents for refunds
If an invoice was issued and GST treatment requires correction, Priyasanchari may issue a GST credit note where applicable. If an advance was received and no invoice was issued, a refund voucher may be used where applicable. Final treatment depends on the transaction record and GST law in force at the time.
11. Refund timing and payment route
Accepted refunds are normally initiated within 7 working days after written approval and receipt of accurate payment details. Refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method where bank, UPI, or payment-service rules allow it. Bank, card, UPI, foreign exchange, or platform timelines may take additional time outside Priyasanchari control, commonly 5 to 10 working days after initiation.
12. Non-refundable items
Bank charges, UPI charges, payment-service charges, currency conversion charges, shipping charges already incurred, taxes already deposited where not recoverable, government fees, supplier penalties, and third-party costs may be non-refundable. Work already completed, reserved time, urgent planning, bespoke research, packed or dispatched kits, and delivered documents may also be non-refundable in whole or part.
13. Consumer fairness
Priyasanchari aims not to impose one-sided cancellation charges. If a cancellation fee is applied to a client, the policy should be applied fairly and should reflect real work, reserved time, committed costs, supplier penalties, or documented loss.
14. How to request cancellation or refund
Raise refund concerns at info@priyasanchari.in with your name, invoice number, payment ID or proof of payment, service agreement or quote, and reason for cancellation. Priyasanchari will review the record, respond in writing, and attempt practical resolution before escalation.
